  • Reflection time / return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking or perhaps there is another reason why you would want to return your order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Of course we always appreciate feedback and hope that you still want to give a reason so we can improve our service at all times.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return shipment from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.20 per package, consult the carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. Please contact us via info@faithlifeline.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, then we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. Treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.

 

  • Exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. Please contact info@faithlifeline.com. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.  

 

  • I have submitted a wrong delivery address!

Incorrectly provided the wrong delivery address? Oops! Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.


Exceptions right of withdrawal/returns

 

  • Custom / personalized orders:

Once you have given your approval for a design with regard to making custom products, it can no longer be canceled and / or returned. You are then obliged to purchase this. For example, a (company) name that is placed on an item. All products that are not offered as a standard option in the webshop can therefore not be returned or exchanged after the order has been approved. For complaints and guarantee on custom orders I refer you to the 'complaints and guarantee' page.

  • Tailor-made services & communication advice:

As a customer you have 14 days to change your mind. When you give your approval on the order, you no longer have the right of withdrawal. This because the production / services start as soon as possible after your consent. After agreeing to a quotation, a customized service can therefore no longer be canceled or credited. For complaints and guarantees with regard to services rendered, I refer you to the 'complaints and guarantee' page.

  • Products with a limited shelf life. (<14 days shelf life).
  • Sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
